Terms of Service

Last updated:

These Terms govern the use of Recash, a platform operated by Suantechs (trade name of Juan Andrés Mendoza Ibarra). By interacting with the service you accept these Terms.

1. The service

Recash lets restaurants receive and manage orders over WhatsApp through an automated assistant. Recash acts as a technology tool; the restaurant is responsible for preparing and delivering your order and for its pricing.

2. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
  • Do not send offensive content or spam, or attempt to compromise the system.

3. Orders and payments

Orders are confirmed with the restaurant. Prices, availability and delivery conditions are defined by each restaurant. Recash does not itself charge the end customer unless stated otherwise.

4. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We make our best effort to keep it operational and secure.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Suantechs is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. The order's commercial relationship is between you and the restaurant.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version will be published on this page.
