Data Deletion

At Recash (operated by Suantechs) you can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time.

How to request it

Email us at [email protected], or message us on WhatsApp from the number you used, stating your WhatsApp number and your deletion request. We verify the request comes from you and proceed.

What we delete

• Your phone number and profile name.
• Your conversation history and the order data linked to your number.
• Your saved delivery address, if any.

We may keep the minimum information required by law (e.g. accounting records of already invoiced orders), which is deleted once that period ends.

Timeframe

We process the request within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
